Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service

• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and bids for customers based on their specific greenhouse needs.
• Assist customers via phone, email, or other communication channels with orders, product inquiries, returns (RMA), freight claims, and other service-related questions.
• Serve as the primary liaison between customers, shipping, and production departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and communication.
• Process incoming orders promptly, track their progress, and provide timely updates to customers.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints professionally and effectively, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Expedite order processing and shipment when necessary to meet customer deadlines and expectations.

General Duties

• Support special projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events occasionally to represent the company and support sales efforts.
• Perform other related duties as required to contribute to team success.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Customer Service
• Four-year degree required in business or agriculture related field
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or related industry is a plus
